Steve Sherry, LCSW

Psychotherapist
MA
With 25 years as a clinical social worker and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California, I have learned that finding the right therapist is like trying on a pair of shoes. It has to be the right fit for you to begin the journey of self-exploration. I believe in a strength-based approach, where we not only explore the issues that brought you to therapy but also focus on expanding the things that bring you joy and happiness. As Dr. Seuss once said, ?life is a great balancing act,? and he could not have been more right. My practice focuses on individual therapy for adolescents and adults. My areas of expertise include depression, mood disorders, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, ADHD, trauma, and transitional issues related to work, relationships, and more. Clients describe me as genuine and authentic, supportive, strength-based, straightforward, and always keeping hope alive.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
