Having walked through these challenges myself and found real help through both practical tools and God’s design for healing, I’m passionate about helping others find the same peace and confidence. My approach I tailor therapy methods to fit each client’s goals and comfort level. Common approaches include: Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping): A gentle process for releasing stuck emotions through body awareness, tapping, and safe review of past experiences. Cognitive (CBT-style) Therapy: Identifying and transforming thought patterns that create emotional distress or unhelpful behaviors. Faith-Integrated Therapy (upon request): If you’d like, we can frame our work within a Biblical perspective—exploring God’s design for your mind and emotions, affirming His immense value of you, and drawing on His Word as a source of healing and truth. My goal is always to meet you where you are, at the pace and depth that feels right for you. My focus I work well with people who are kind, responsible, and genuinely want to make a difference in others’ lives—but who often find themselves stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed while trying to do so. Many of my clients are helpers—Christians, caregivers, leaders, or professionals—who love serving others yet struggle to rest, say no, or set boundaries.
