Psychotherapist

It takes courage to seek support, and I’m honored you’re here. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I work with teens and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s needs. I also bring over a decade of leadership experience, including serving as CEO of a residential treatment center for youth. For those who wish, I provide space to explore faith-related concerns, especially within a Christian context, while honoring all belief systems. Therapy with me is a place to be heard, supported, and empowered toward meaningful change. My approach My approach to care is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to each patient’s unique needs. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model—therapy should reflect your goals, values, and lived experiences. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) to help clients manage current challenges while also working through deeper emotional wounds and longstanding patterns. I also help patients explore emotional dynamics, relational histories, and internal conflicts that may contribute to present struggles. This process encourages greater insight, emotional freedom, and clarity about how past experiences influence current behavior. I work especially well with teens and young adults, but welcome patients across all stages of life. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and challenged in meaningful ways.
