“Innerwell supported me through the process with education materials, mental health provider orientation, check-ins, and answered all the questions I had about the experience. I loved meeting up with their psychologist and learning about the science behind this treatment. Combined with my regular therapy work, Innerwell helped me make progress in some core areas that I had been feeling stuck in for years. Highly recommended.”

This process has been very positive and stress free with excellent support services both in the preparation and follow-up. Will definitely recommend this for those preferring to complete this journey in the comfort of your own home.
They say that he is specializes in ADHD and he does not their office said I had to call their office because I didn’t get a video chat from the doctor and they said they sent me something stating what I had to do and I looked everywhere for it and they did not then they said they would reschedule me and I’m like well. It needs to be today. I took off work for it because the time wasn’t within my lunch break hours so I had to take off like an hour of pay waiting on him to answer my video when he never answered and they never called to informed me. I had to call them do not schedule with this doctor. He is not through Zocdoc, but they do not tell you that I don’t know why he’s even on here because they do not even deal with Zocdoc

There was zero communication. My appointment was at 6pm and did not receive any word from them at all. I waited til 6:20pm to give them the benefit of the doubt and decided to call them. Their office was closed.
