Hi, I am Stuart Saint. I have been a practicing counselor in Texas for the last eight years. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I offer a strengths-based approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to meet your needs where you find yourself in the present moment. My approach I take an eclectic approach, valuing the uniqueness of each client and their individual needs in therapy. I draw from multiple theoretical approaches to find what works best for you. My focus I typically work with couples struggling with relationship issues such as communication, intimacy, and parenting. I also support individuals facing a variety of challenges, from depression and anxiety to more serious mental health concerns like personality disorders. My communication style Although I work in a virtual environment, which creates some physical distance, the tone I bring to our sessions is welcoming and non-judgmental. My journey to mental healthcare My life and service in the US Army inspired my passion for this work. As a disabled veteran, my journey through therapy has been both arduous and fulfilling.
