Since graduating from the University of Pittsburgh in 2002, I've dedicated myself to the field of mental health, working with diverse populations in various settings. My journey has been shaped by a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate their unique paths towards healing and self-discovery.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing from a range of treatment modalities including Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Compassion Focused Treatment, Client-Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I believe in the power of these approaches to foster growth and transformation. At the heart of my practice is a dedication to promoting autonomy and self-discovery, encouraging clients to delve into their automatic or unconscious behaviors and uncover their authentic selves.
I specialize in working with individuals dealing with Borderline Personality Disorder, Dissociative Disorders, Stress, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, and PTSD.
