I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from Louisiana State University, and I am passionate about helping others. I work with individuals coping with challenges such as depression, anxiety, maternal mental health, trauma, grief and loss, and personal growth. My approach My approach varies depending on your unique needs. The most common methods I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My focus I have worked with all ages, from children to older adults, which has helped me understand a wide range of disorders and emotional pain. I have had success working with people suffering from trauma, anxiety, depression, and life-changing events like severe illness or loss of a loved one. My communication style I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and safe space for you to express yourself. I use a strengths-based approach that promotes self-confidence and empowers clients to create meaningful changes. My journey to mental healthcare I became a therapist because I love helping people navigate obstacles preventing them from feeling happy, balanced, and fulfilled. The longer I practice, the more I realize that healing comes through light, love, and compassion. It is an honor to support people on their life journey.
