Greetings. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I received my Master's in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and have been practicing since 2008. I am curious about your whole being – not only your thoughts and mind, but also your emotions, how they show up in your body, your identities, and any spiritual or religious beliefs that help you make sense of yourself in the world. As an LMFT, I am especially experienced in helping people gain insight into the impact of their early family relationships, particularly how these patterns show up in present relationships.
