I practice active listening and give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with me as an empathetic partner. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient. My journey to mental healthcare My journey into therapy began with curiosity about human resilience and a desire to help others find strength through life’s hardest challenges.
