Since 2007, when I became a licensed therapist, I have partnered with many adults and children to help bring authentic hope and healing to their lives. I provide skilled and caring trauma therapy, counseling, and coaching, conveniently located in Littleton, CO. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Denver Seminary, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively. By coming here, you have taken a brave step toward healing. I invite you to explore my webpages to learn more about me and my therapy practice. Please feel free to contact me to set up a free 15-minute phone consultation, where we can assess your needs and discuss how I can help. From there, we can find an appointment time and begin to build a trusting and safe therapeutic connection. Once we begin working together, we will support the hurt or struggling parts of you toward integration and wholeness. Ultimately, you will learn to be your own best support as you develop Self-Leadership. You will experience the potential to become who you are without laboring or doing anything but showing up to yourself. My role is to support your growth by witnessing the parts of you that need to be seen, heard, or held, and then to teach you how to do this for yourself.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Upon booking, I will offer you a brief complimentary phone call to make sure that we're a good fit working together. At your first appointment, you can expect to feel heard with openness and compassion as you begin to tell your story. We will establish goals together for your therapeutic process.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you come into my office, you may want some water or tea. We may find ease together in some light conversation. I will invite you to share what concerns, feelings or struggles you're experiencing and would like to focus on. If you're not sure, I will guide you in finding direction for our time together. Once we identify a direction for the session, I will lead you in a emotional, cognitive and somatic focused approach to help you to ease into the process of healing with self-empowerment, curiosity and perspective. You can expect my approach to feel gentle. Depending on your personal process, often clients feel relief and hope by the end of their first session.
