I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with many years of experience working with children, adults, and families in the mental health field. I earned my Ph.D. and M.Ed. in Counselor Education from Pennsylvania State University and hold a Master’s in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. My focus areas include managing day-to-day stressors, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Taking care of yourself will help you live your life to the fullest, and I am committed to providing you with a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can take the time to focus on yourself and your mental health.
