I earned my Master's in Counseling from Argosy University, Sarasota, and my Bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida. I work with clients using a variety of methods that incorporate their individual strengths. I enjoy working with people of all ages, with my focus being on children, family, and women's issues. My approach I provide therapy in different ways depending on the client's needs. Common theoretical approaches I use include Inner Child Work, Family Systems Theory, Person-Centered Therapy, and Expressive and Art Therapies. My focus I have traditionally worked with children and families and am comfortable treating most conditions except eating disorders. My communication style I am very personable and caring. Clients often open up quickly during sessions, as the tone I use is one of acceptance and warmth. My journey to mental healthcare I was drawn to counseling after having attended counseling myself. I am driven in my work because meaningfully touching another's life is my life's goal. My goals for you Goals are set according to the client's needs and supported throughout therapy.
