My goal is to create a relaxed space that can utilize evidence-based practices, but not feel cold and clinical. I want my clients to feel accepted, validated, and the experts of their own experiences. My journey to mental healthcare Having a background in medical social work in hospice care, I enjoy providing a compassionate and safe space for processing emotions and discovering resilience during challenging and changing times. My goals for you I work collaboratively with clients to set meaningful therapy goals, often within the first session, so that we can feel aligned and have some metrics to make sure you feel like you are making progress in therapy in the ways you hope to. My first session with you Meeting with someone for the first time can be intimidating, but my goal is for clients to feel at ease.
