Would you like to talk with someone who, without being judgmental, could assist you in dealing with the challenges in your life? Together, we will develop a safe environment to promote your therapy experience positively and work towards the goals you want to achieve. Life poses hardships, and at times even the strongest of people may need assistance as they try to cope. Whatever you are struggling with, whether it is anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, depression, substance use, or other specific issues, please know I will do my utmost to help you. I apply an eclectic-therapeutic approach to provide personalized therapy for you. My counseling style is one of support, honesty, and compassion. The therapies I have expertise in are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Substance Abuse Therapy, Regression Therapy, and Christian-based Therapy (only upon request). Each person is unique, and thus therapy will be tailored to your needs at a pace and a plan that fits your goals and personality. For over twenty years, my primary motivation in being a therapist has been a belief in the power of the human spirit which seeks wellness. I hold a Master's degree (MA) and am a Certified Addiction Specialist and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Your time in therapy is an investment that will pay off in every area of your life, including the genuine relationship you will develop with yourself and those you will have with others. Improve customer support. You don’t have humans who answer a phone and can have a real conversation. This human interaction is extremely important especially when you are a mental health care provider. Even if the issue is a technical one. A mental Health care provider who does not have human accesibility is in the wrong business in my opinion. It adds to frustration that we already fee.
