Getting to know Suzanne Kapica

Hi. I am Suzanne and I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for over 20 years. Life is challenging for everyone at times and seeking support is necessary for us all. Sometimes, it is helpful to talk to someone who is outside of our daily circle and who is trained to help with many treatment areas. I am here to help you identify your best path forward while addressing your current challenges.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I want to help people become the best versions of themselves that they desire. I focus on strengths and look for ways to build upon those to achieve your personal goals for growth. I am solution focused but also have extensive experience in trauma and understanding how it impacts each of us while working to overcome the challenges it adds.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I provide video counseling for patients in Michigan. After completion of required paperwork and discussions of confidentiality, I will work to understand your current life, a bit about your past and then the challenges you are facing along with your goals for therapy. We generally will talk weekly and evaluate each week how you are progressing.

Ongoing session: $100 for 60 minutes
