My path to becoming a therapist began with the adversity I experienced growing up with a parent who was dependent on substances. This experience deepened my commitment to providing empathetic care to those who also face personal and systemic challenges. I bring this wide array of lived experience, along with deep understanding and empathy, to each session.

I’m passionate about helping folks lead fulfilling and authentic lives by feeling seen and creating space for self-compassion. Working together, you can expect a warm and affirming environment that incorporates a variety of interventions, including humanistic, somatic, and parts work to help you explore your identity and navigate life’s challenges.
