Getting to know Taijah Bell

Hi there, I'm Taijah! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Georgia with 12 years of experience in the mental health field. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University. I have a client-centered approach and specialize in supporting women and mothers struggling with depression, anxiety, pre- and postpartum challenges, stress, burnout, feeling overwhelmed, establishing boundaries, life transitions, and time management. My approach In my practice, I draw on extensive experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I use CBT techniques to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns that contribute to distressing emotions and unhelpful behaviors. By exploring these patterns, clients gain insight into how their thoughts influence their mood and actions. Together, we work to reframe negative thoughts, develop coping strategies, and cultivate more adaptive ways of thinking and behaving. Through this process, clients learn to manage their emotions more effectively and improve their overall functioning in various areas of life. My focus I help women and mothers regain control over their lives by teaching strategies to cope with the demands of life and parenting that contribute to high levels of stress, depression, anxiety, and burnout. Are you a mom who feels like the weight of the world is on your shoulders? Do you feel anxious about motherhood, wondering if you’re doing it all right? Have you been feeling depressed, like you’ve lost yourself in the chaos? Are you navigating this journey alone without support? Whether you’re a new mom or an experienced one, motherhood can be both exhilarating and overwhelming—and I’m here to help you through it.
