I am a licensed professional counselor from Kennesaw, Georgia. In 2019, I earned my Ed.D. in Professional Counseling and Supervision from the University of West Georgia. I consider my areas of expertise to include working with young adults facing anxiety, depression, self-worth challenges, ADHD, career counseling, and family therapy. When working with clients, I utilize a CBT approach combined with eclectic therapeutic techniques to create a system that works best for each individual. I believe therapy should be a collaborative effort, and I work closely with my clients to help them reach a place where they feel good about themselves and their future.
