I have worked with adult individuals facing numerous concerns, including substance abuse/dependency, grief and loss, and women’s issues, just to name a few. My approach includes Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based Therapy, and other therapeutic methods tailored to each client. I specialize in empowering women who are experiencing a variety of challenges such as substance abuse/dependency, grief and loss, women’s issues, anger management, and self-esteem concerns. My communication style is client-centered. In each session, we will collaboratively work on goals tailored to your unique needs. There may be times when therapy sessions become emotional, but they will also be fulfilling and meaningful, as this is part of the healing process and your journey toward a healthier you.
