What should a new client know about working with you?

At Life by Design Therapeutic Solutions, we strive to create a unique, engaging therapy experience for each client. Your time is valuable, and your healing and wellness will always be my top priority. In addition to being a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am also a Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and a Certified Grief Informed Professional.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I often use an integrative approach when working with clients. That means I customize your treatment using the most effective methods to create a plan that best meets your needs and matches your preferred style. I also have received advanced training in several evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Internal Family Systems. These modalities are more structured and have been proven to be highly effective in treating various mental health challenges.
