I strive to meet you where you are, creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. My focus I work with adults from all backgrounds. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, significant life transitions, and women’s issues related to past experiences and change. My goals for you Together, we’ll identify what’s most important to you, set clear and realistic goals, and develop a collaborative plan to achieve them. Using evidence-based strategies, we’ll work as a team to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and make progress toward the life you want.
