Whether you’re dealing with infidelity, feeling stuck in your relationship, or facing personal mental health struggles, I’m here to support you. I offer a range of therapies, including EFT, EMDR, DBT, and CBT, to address diverse needs. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Palo Alto University, which has equipped me with the skills to provide effective, compassionate care. With the right support, positive change is always possible.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in helping couples build awareness in recognizing their ineffective communication patterns and cycles. I will work with you and your partner to strengthen and deepen how you each show up in your relationship. We will work together to replace old cycles of poor communication to repair and deepen your connection.
