Psychotherapist
CA
Whoever you are and whatever you have been through, I believe in your ability to actualize your best self. I feel honored to work with all cultures and privileged to share your journey to happiness and healthy living. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (RN#133405). I obtained my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide with summa cum laude honors, and I also hold a Master's in Counseling from Touro University, Los Alamitos. Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, parents, and elders. I believe in tailoring my approach to best suit you and your needs. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, Exposure Therapy, and EFT. I have experience with crisis management as well as long-term and brief interventions. I am an active member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. I believe that balance is key to everything in life. Your body naturally maintains balance through homeostasis to keep you healthy. But often we forget, feel compelled, or are forced by circumstances or the environment to be extreme in our relationships, our home-work balance, and our treatment of ourselves. I can guide you toward restoring balance in your life to eliminate the stress, worry, fear, anger, guilt, and persistent sadness you may feel. Life has taught you many lessons, but you are never finished growing. I invite you to learn how to be the person you want to be rather than the person life has taught you to be.
