I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families who are navigating challenges related to trauma, depression, anxiety, anger management, behavioral concerns, grief and loss, adoption and foster care, and mood disorders. I earned my master's degree in professional counseling from Liberty University. My clinical approach is collaborative and strength-based, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and solution-focused techniques to support each client's unique goals and needs. I feel honored to walk alongside clients during some of their most difficult moments and help them reconnect with hope and healing.
