My focus is to create a comfortable and safe environment for every client. I am LCSW specializing in Grief/Loss ,Anxiety, Depression and Trauma. I enjoy drawing from evidence-based practices such as: CBT, DBT, Behavioral Activation and trauma informed practice. I enjoy working with teens, individuals as well as couples.
