I am honored to have the opportunity to partner with you on a therapeutic journey to self-discovery, healing, and emotional wellness. Utilizing a multi-modal approach, we will work together to uncover underlying concerns, identify damaging thought patterns, and balance responses to improve your quality of life. I believe we all do the best we can with the tools we have, and we owe it to ourselves to constantly strive to expand our emotional toolboxes. In these times of loss and uncertainty, it can feel very difficult to do this. It is now that we must lean on our community to find support in improving our capacity to manage life's challenges with as much grace and self-compassion as possible. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Howard University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to guide you through this process.
