I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, behavioral health concerns, family conflict, life transitions, and emotional challenges. I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered as they work toward meaningful change.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I draw from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build on their strengths, strengthen resilience, and develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. I believe each person is the expert in their own life, and I tailor care to honor each client’s unique experiences, goals, and values. I bring warmth, empathy, and authenticity to every session, fostering a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and collaboration. My goal is to help clients gain insight, enhance emotional well-being, and build the confidence needed to create lasting, positive change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
