Hello, I'm Dr. Tanika Forestal. As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I am deeply passionate about helping couples navigate and overcome marital discord. With a bachelor's degree in psychology, a master's degree in marriage and family therapy, and a doctorate in pastoral counseling, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my practice. Over the past 20 years in the mental health field, I've dedicated more than 13 years specifically to couples' work, founding the Relationship Rescue Academy along the way. My approach to therapy is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Gottman Level 2 training and Imago Therapy, which I integrate into my intensive sessions. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where couples can explore their challenges and work towards healing and growth. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, family relationships, intimate or romantic relationships, spirituality, or stress, I'm here to help you find clarity and connection. I offer private intensive therapy sessions ranging from two to five days at my serene farmhouse in Kokomo, IN. This setting provides a peaceful backdrop for deep, transformative work. I am also passionate about supporting women in overcoming depression and anxiety, helping them reclaim their sense of self and well-being.
