I have experience helping individuals navigate challenges related to aging, including anxiety, depression, grief, and bereavement. What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to care is personalized to each individual. I believe in building strong rapport and a trusting relationship where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, ideas, and emotions. Together, we’ll develop coping and problem-solving skills. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to be your best self.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first session, we will talk about your background and history, only as you feel comfortable. You will set the pace, and together we will begin to establish your goals. We will explore what brings you to therapy, and I will gladly answer any questions and walk you through the therapy process.
