I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's in Counseling Psychology from National University. I have a passion for working with others to create the best versions of themselves. My approach I use various modalities to fit one's unique needs, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, and Solution Focused Therapy. My focus I have experience working with substance use disorders, depression, PTSD, anxiety, and severe mental illness. I have many years of experience working with moderate to severe mental illness among adults and within the aging population. I have previously worked in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, a Full-Service Partnership program, and within the community to support individuals and families who struggle with barriers to mental health.
