I believe that every child, teen, and adult deserves a space where they feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients in both clinical and school-based settings, walking alongside them as they navigate big emotions, academic pressures, social relationships, and behavioral challenges. My goal is always to help each person feel heard, valued, and empowered as they grow.

Getting to know Tatiana Reyes

I believe that every child, teen, and adult deserves a space where they feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients in both clinical and school-based settings, walking alongside them as they navigate big emotions, academic pressures, social relationships, and behavioral challenges. My goal is always to help each person feel heard, valued, and empowered as they grow.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I meet each individual exactly where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs, strengths, and personality. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, play-based techniques, and social-emotional skill building to support emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy coping skills that clients can use both now and in the future. I believe therapy is most effective when we build on strengths while gently developing new tools together, and I especially enjoy creating engaging and supportive environments where clients can connect, practice skills, and gain confidence.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
