Taya Keller is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado who has been practicing since 2002. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Dickinson College and a Master's in Clinical Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin.
Taya believes in starting where the client is. She works together with you to identify and elicit the intrinsic strengths you already have within, then collaborates to build a better awareness of self-thoughts, emotions, behaviors-in order to move through what is ?stuck? and work toward growth, healing, and happiness. Taya believes the mind and body are naturally inclined toward healing, and it is a matter of creating space to allow that to happen.
In her spare time, Taya enjoys spending time with family, reading, hiking, and her three dogs.
