Getting to know Taylor Cummins (Vinson)

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I continued my education at Lenoir-Rhyne University, earning a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. My previous counseling experience includes outpatient counseling for clients who have experienced recent trauma and inpatient counseling at a Domestic Violence Shelter. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy alongside other evidence-based treatment modalities during treatment. I work with clients aged 13 and older and believe each person can uncover their full potential through counseling! When I’m not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and younger brothers. I also like gaming, baking, and watching movies.
