Pricing: Ages 10-17: - Initial visit: $175 - Follow-up visits: $175 Ages 18+: - Initial visit: $165 - Follow-up visits: $165 Families & Couples: - Initial visit: $285 - Follow-up visits: $190 I specialize in codependency, relational trauma, and self-actualization. This means I can help you identify and free yourself from external power sources. I assist in setting boundaries, improving communication, and building trust in intimate relationships. Additionally, I support you in discovering your true self and embracing it unapologetically. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree from Bethany College.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I know what it's like when you are living for somebody else and not yourself. I know the shame, the loneliness and the resentment that comes with this way of living. If you are ready to break free from the cycle and put the work in to move forward, I can help.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process is highly dynamic. I believe that you already have what you need within yourself, and I just serve as a guide to help you realize your full potential. My life experiences and passion for psychology are what led me to psychotherapy. I'm known for being kind, compassionate, and down to earth with my clients.
