Life is full of ups and downs, and we can all use some help navigating the trials we face. I'm passionate about helping people work through whatever challenges they are facing. I've worked with clients facing depression, anxiety, and a host of other issues. Additionally, I practice from a trauma-informed perspective, as I believe it's incredibly important to acknowledge the life-changing events that have shaped who we are as humans. I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology from National University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively.
