Psychotherapist

I'm a licensed mental health counselor who believes that therapy should feel like a safe, judgment-free space to explore, grow, and heal at your own pace. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning to it with fresh goals, I’m here to support you in showing up for yourself. My approach In our work together, you can expect a space where you won’t feel rushed, judged, or like you need to perform. We’ll start by getting to know what’s going on beneath the surface—patterns, emotions, and past experiences that may be influencing how you feel or react today. My focus Sessions with me aren’t about quick fixes or clichés. I focus on helping you build real insight, self-compassion, and practical tools that you can carry with you outside of therapy. I’ll be honest with you, supportive when things feel tough, and curious about how we can help you move forward in a way that feels true to you. My communication style This is a collaborative process. I'm not here to tell you who to be, but to help you better understand who you already are and what you need to feel more aligned and at ease in your life. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I’ll challenge you gently, hold space for the hard stuff, and help you build that insight and those skills. My journey to mental healthcare As someone who has struggled with mental health themselves, I see the importance of having an outside listening ear. I gained a lot from seeing a provider myself, and in turn decided I wanted to help others as well. My goals for you This is a collaborative process—I'm not here to tell you who to be, but to help you better understand who you already are and what you need to feel more aligned and at ease in your life. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, relationships, identity, or just feeling stuck—I’m here to walk alongside you as you sort through it.
