I was looking for in person therapy based more upon a holistic mindful approach. It was really hard to find someone who was still working in person. I feel very grounded and cared for and am getting more in touch with my body on a daily basis.
I am in a domestic violence situation and am so scared of leaving because of my kids. We have just started working together, but I already feel that I have practical tools to keep myself and the children safer. I hope I can have the strength to do the right thing.
I am transgender and am exploring undergoing medical procedures to make my body more congruent with my gender identity. This is one of the hardest decisions that I will ever have to make and I feel very comfortable exploring what I want to do with my therapist. I highly recommend this practice.
I have been through terrible trauma in my life and came to therapy seeking relief from the pain. I have had so much darkness in my life--it was wonderful to find a guide who has begun to bring me lightness and happiness.
We started to come here as a couple because our relationship was in shambles. My therapist was so helpful with realistic, useable interventions. We continue to come as a couple and also work individually. I have recommended the practice to many friends and colleagues. You are in good hands!
I am so pleased that I came to this practice. They made everything very easy by handling all the paperwork and insurance. I only needed to come and work on me. The office is lovely and always feel safe and comfortable.
