UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. Born and raised in New York, I have never lived in another state. I am an aunt to a spunky toddler, and my niece is my favorite family member (I jokingly remind my sister often that I only pretend to want to see her so I can actually spend time with my niece). I am also a dog mom. I adopted my rescue pup when she had just turned 3 months old. She was found and rescued in Texas, and I was so excited to get her-she had not arrived at the shelter in Arming, New York, more than 30 minutes before I arrived to take her home. My dog did not have a name for almost a full week because I couldn't decide. Her name is Blue, named after the state flower of Texas-the Blue Bell. She is mostly an Australian Shepherd mix. I earned my Bachelor's degree from New Paltz University and went on to complete my Master's in Social Work at Fordham University.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash-pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
