I understand the importance of finding your voice, and I want everyone I work with to know they have one and that they are truly heard. When setting goals, I collaborate closely with clients based on their needs and intentions. Together, we identify key triggers or concerns and support the client's efforts to make the changes they want or need. During the first session, clients can expect a general introduction to my approach, along with an opportunity to share information they feel is important to their treatment. This initial meeting lays the foundation for a trusting and effective therapeutic relationship.
