They can’t imagine breaking free and finding lasting joy and peace. They often don’t know why they can’t stop suffering and what the causes are. There is often considerable conflict in their primary relationships and they don’t feel supported or understood. Regardless of treatment approaches, a client must have a close, trusting and safe relationship with a therapist. I am best at forming these relationships through compassion and understanding along with no judgments. I am a very compassionate person who’s life has been devoted to helping people know the real truth of who they are if not their beliefs (often unconscious). Suffering is often the real gateway to change and with support and caring it’s really possible.
