Hi there, I'm Terry!
Welcome to putting yourself first in your overall wellness. Taking care of your emotional and mental health needs is as important as your physical self. Life can be challenging, and I am passionate and adept at working with individuals who need guidance with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, and work with you to reach your unique needs and goals. Whenever you feel ready to begin, I am here to help with that process in a safe and supportive environment.
My approach
I am integrative in my approach and have found that cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is a very helpful approach. It helps to identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns. The techniques and tools can be very helpful and lead to a positive outcome on emotions and behaviors. My focus is client-centered, and I may change my approach based on your individual needs, and that could include using a mindfulness approach or even medication. Ultimately, reaching your goals and feeling like you're making progress is my primary focus. We will work together to help you overcome any challenges and help you move forward positively and with confidence.
