My name is Theresa Bauer, and I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. I have learned that in order to see the progress we are looking for in redirecting unwanted behaviors and healing relationships within ourselves or the family unit, we need to attune ourselves to our own needs, emotional self-regulation, and self-love.
