I have 18 years of experience in the mental health field and hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Stetson University, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Auburn University. I am licensed as a marriage and family therapist in both Alabama and Florida. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety and stress, family issues, parenting, and, most of all, intimate relationship challenges. If you choose to collaborate with me, you can expect to learn how the pain of the past and the fear of the future impact your present. You will gain an understanding of healthy tools to be more present and empowered to "show up" in your life the way you choose.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due.
