Hello, and welcome to this phase of your journey! I am an LCSW providing private practice therapy in Chico, CA. I earned my Master's in Social Work from California State University, Chico. My experience includes helping people navigate gender and sexuality exploration and discovery, marriage, divorce, trauma, PTSD (both chronic and acute), Perinatal Mental Health and Mood Disorders, parenting bio and adopted children/teens/adults, attachment challenges, Autism, ADHD, Intimate Partner Abuse, Bipolar disorders, severe mental health issues, substance use, homelessness, grief, loss, healing, and immense joy. If you or someone in your life experiences any of these things, I am a therapist who understands and can help you heal.
More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I appreciate how her knowledge of autism and ADHD makes our time together safe and productive. Instead of solely focusing on them, she knows that they’re a framework for how I experience life, and so I get the perfect balance of working through my difficulties with neurodivergence alongside the other concerns I bring you our sessions. She’s kind, intelligent, and clearly knows what she’s doing and which ways she steers the conversation when necessary. I’ve had so many revelations in just our first few appointments. She’s great, honestly the best therapist I’ve ever had.
