What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is client-driven and brings in many different styles which include CBT and aspects of DBT skills. I focus on whole body wellness and self-care in order to improve many different areas of your life. I will meet you where you are at. I look forward to working with you. The take away that I want my client's to get from sessions is have a better understanding of yourself and skills that you already have and ways of implementing them in your schedule to improve your everyday life.
