Psychotherapist
OH
Hello, I'm Tiffanie. Many of us find that being able to discuss ideas, thoughts, and issues with an unbiased, caring individual is beneficial. This can benefit us both mentally and emotionally, and have a positive impact on our relationships. It may also help us physically as so many of these issues can manifest into physical symptoms if not treated. I graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work in 2005 and the University of Cincinnati with a Master's degree in Social Work in 2008. I have been independently licensed as an LISW-S since 2010. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with adults dealing with symptoms of depression, anxiety, and grief/bereavement. This could be related to the loss of a loved one or the end of a relationship, or dealing with the everyday stress that life can hold. In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to assist in reframing issues, reducing symptoms, and developing coping strategies. The most important aspect of this work is that you feel safe from judgment, you feel seen, and you feel heard. My goal is to create a supportive and understanding environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. If you're ready to take the next step towards healing and growth, I'm here to help. Let's work together to navigate the challenges you're facing and find a path forward that feels right for you.
