As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington, I bring 15 years of experience working with a broad spectrum of people. My clients include military veterans, LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples navigating marriage and divorce, and those facing everything from fertility challenges to end-of-life issues, including grief. I am genuine, authentic, and real.

My journey to therapy
As the spouse of a Desert Storm Veteran in long-term recovery from addiction and PTSD, I support both civilian and military families. With nine adult children and fifteen grandchildren between us, we've weathered all the challenges blended families bring.

Some see therapy as a one-sided conversation with limited opportunities to experience each other as real people. I promise you I'm as real as it gets! I want to assist you in pursuing the solutions and life changes you seek while enjoying the process as much as possible.

Clients can expect an in-depth clinical interview and assessment during their first visit. I will take the time to listen, hear you, and figure out where you want to go. I am your GPS, but you must tell me where we are headed on this journey.
