“I felt like Tiffanys specialties were all of the things that I needed help with. She helped me to feel relaxed and open to share my experiences even if they were hard to crack open. She was patient with me and helped me work out the things I couldn’t always put words to. I'm looking forward to working with her more!”

Getting to know Tiffany Johnson

You've spent years taking care of everyone and everything, and somewhere along the way, you lost yourself. Now, you're looking at a world that feels like it's falling apart and wondering how you're supposed to keep going when you don't even know who "you" are anymore. I help women navigate these profound shifts in identity. Whether you're hit by the pressure of your mid-30s or the transition of mid-life, my goal is to help you reclaim your own life. We'll work on getting you as healthy as possible-mentally and emotionally-so you can stop just surviving the chaos and start feeling steady again. You've been the anchor for everyone else. This is the space where you get to be the priority. To ensure clinical and ethical integrity, I do not provide FMLA, short-term disability, or school-related paperwork for new clients. These assessments require a deep understanding of your history and progress, which typically involves a consistent therapeutic relationship of at least 90 days.

What should a new client know about working with you?

The first two session will be dedicated to obtaining background data so that I can better understand your challenges. Subsequent session will be driven by you and what you feel you would like to discuss. We will explore what is and isn’t working and identify possible solutions to the problems. We will also explore the underlying issues that could be causing reoccurring problems.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I lucked up getting Tiffany as my provider. She is my first and I’ll definitely be sticking with her. She truly is down to earth and listens. She immediately made me feel comfortable and I never feel any judgment. I feel like I have definitely improved in the couple weeks I’ve been being guided by her. Would recommend to anyone!
