“Tiffany is an excellent counselor. She listens and understands and validates that she heard me. And she has a good mix of insight and ideas and experience that she shares in each session. The take away that really helped today was the mindset that this is a journey not a destination and that healing isn't a place to acquire before becoming aware and making changes.”

Getting to know Tiffany Moncrease

Hi there, I'm Tiffany. Does this sound like you? Something happened to you (or someone you love) a month ago, a year ago, or years ago. You have tried everything you know to move on, yet the mere thought of it brings tears, makes you wince inwardly, or makes getting out of bed daunting. I am here to support you as you process your experience and find ways to alleviate some of the suffering. Let me support you as you learn stress resiliency and reduce those visceral reactions so that they are no longer gut-wrenching or extreme emotions. Let's make these events or feelings no longer define you or get in your way of living life. I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Fielding Graduate University, which equips me to guide you through this journey with compassion and expertise. Calling a therapist can be intimidating, but I hope you will take a moment (and maybe a deep breath) and reach out for support.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In sessions with me, you can expect a warm and nonjudgmental environment where we explore life conflicts, navigates the symptoms that are impacting your life, and explore ways aimed to help you HEAL, reduce suffering, manage anxiety and emotional reactivity, improve conflict resolutions with loved ones, and embrace your authentic self.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Tiffany has been essential to my healing process. She is very professional yet supportive and kind. Her intelligence and ability to understand the complexity of the mind is above average. She’s a modern day miracle worker, and her skill set is a testament that we need more people like her in this world. I would recommend her to anyone that needs emotional and mental healing.
