Tiffany Morish, LPC

Psychotherapist
TX
Welcome to my page! I'm Tiffany Morish, a licensed professional counselor in Texas with a Master's in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Northern Illinois University. I bring cultural diversity and competency to each session. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps toward change. I am here to support and empower you on that journey. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help remove negative thoughts, self-blame, people-pleasing behaviors, and unhealthy thought patterns. I also use solution-focused therapy to help you discover new ways to approach situations that trigger your emotions. Additionally, I use Person-Centered therapy to aid you in finding your own solutions, leaving you feeling empowered. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, LGBTQ-related issues, trauma, abuse, and anger management. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Often, we rely on our chosen family for support and guidance. I listen without judgment and place a strong emphasis on confidentiality. I acknowledge your emotions and provide a safe space to release these feelings. Our bodies were not meant to hold onto negative emotions for too long. I became a therapist because I am a holistic healer, and I didn't grow up seeing therapists who look like me. I have always been empathic by nature. I want to bring diversity to this field and help break down the stigma many have grown up with surrounding therapy.
